LiesA Poem by Rachel M. Benson
LIES
Lies float around us each day,
As more build they start to consume-
Our very souls to sustain themselves.
Each bite of my life makes me blind
Linger on the edge of a Cliff, walking alone
Soon I will not be able to see where to step.
Soon I will Fall over the edge,
This plunge it will be the death-
The very Death of Us.
