Southern Comfort

Southern Comfort

A Poem by racheldebruce

Southern Comfort

The girl in me is

Southern & Sweet

Spoiled Rotten

Made of Cotton

Absorbent & light

Reflective & Tight

Smiles on her face

But lethal as mace

Cute & flirtatious

Mute but vivacious

Shy & sad

Depressed and mad

Loved and adored

Hated and abhorred

Walking Contradiction

Classic Vixen

The girl next door

Not to be called a w***e

Full of potential

Neat as a whistle

A creative cook

With a nice butt

Jealous and crazy

But simply amazing

Dying to be involved

But

Will not slob your knob

Airy but smart

Hard to pinpoint

Everything you can’t have

&

Everything you want to be

The apple of your eye

That you just haven’t seen

this made my morning. really I could not stop smiling while I was reading this. it's a really good poem I wouldn't change anything in it. you kind of lost the rhyming at one point but it still fit in and it was actually funny so it worked out anyway. This is a very good poem.
