i can honestly say

a mistake i always make;

to fall for a fake is to fall for a lie,

and to fall for a lie is a risk i won't take.

i hope those words are stuck in your throat

because i think you knew the truth when we spoke

i see what defastus is saying. it's extremely explicit, leaving very little to the imagination; but to each his (her) own, and if that's your style then go for gold! interestingly bitter. good stuff.

Too much emphasis with disgust in this poem, though it fits quite well to it. Overall the poem is actually good, but I'd recomend to make a poem less clear in meaning the next time, however maybe this is just your style. Good, good.
