Princess of the Sand Castle

with every wink of your eye comes a whisper
and every breath that you take is a song
just saying my name makes my heart beat slower and faster
i take a breath and sing along
we stare at oceans blue and waves begin to crash
we dig our toes into the sand
as your reaching for my hand
your cheeks shine like rubies
your smile is worth more than the sun
your lips are calling to me
i think im falling in love
 the clouds are parting and the sun is shining brightly
but its still raining and the lightening is striking
we stand upon a hill, playing ring-around-the-rosie
around a flog pole with our heart shaped banner waving slowly
i love the way you'd always whisper
and when you sing me this song
you say your heart beats faster and slower
and id take a breath and sing along
we stare at oceans blue and the ocean starts to part
on my chest you lay your hand and feel the beating of my
heart
