I Give Up

I Give Up

A Poem by Quinn W

I give up.
You've taken over,
and won't letup.
I've lost my clover.

You've taken my friends,
and my social life.
No one else can comprehend.
My explanations end in strife.

I'm not sure I can live like this.
Held up in my room,
scared to leave its bliss.
You might lead me to my tomb.

You won't go away.
You're always in the back of my mind.
Always leading my thoughts astray.
My head in a bind.

This is really nice. What were you trying to get at? I read it over multiply times, but I couldn't figure it out.
