Fingers tingle
Stomach drops
Heart races
Mind wanders
Worry
What if...
Why...
Stress
How...
When...
Unanswered questions

Break

Sweat
Shaking
Tears
Vomit

End

Tears dry
Shaking stops
Heartbeat slows
