fun in the sunA Poem by Sophie TitchSunshine in the chalk box, Kids playing hopscotch, Bubbles drifting through the summer air, Running through the rape fields,
Yellow staining their clothes. Water fights and water bombs, Drench the children head to toe, Paddeling pools and trampolines, Fun is what this is.
Yellow water runs down the pavement, Bees fly back to their home, The wind picks up, The bubbles float further, The degrees lowers to single.
The fun will start again tomorrow, Inthe meantime, Well have some sleeptime, Lemon and lime, Drinks - yum
