Excerpts from Sol not in Chronological Order

Excerpts from Sol not in Chronological Order

A Story by Brandon Quinn

Ive orbited the Earth for millions of years and not once have I seen something more beautiful than the way the Moon turns her back on me and flees. I long for the day that I stand before her and get to take a glimpse of her infinite beauty from another angle. For the day that our gaze meets will be the day that I no longer have to chase what I love most, but will always keep Her in my heart, mind and soul.
Such intense emotion courses through my mind and soul when I look at the face of this overwhelmingly beautiful Goddess that is always one step ahead of me. I long for the day that the Moon will rest so that I may lose distance in my pursuit and show her how much brighter she can reflect my light than I.

Like a Wolf staring at the Moon at night, I can only wonder what thoughts were going through God's mind when he created such a magnificent body that inspires so much passion and frenzy within.
