The Tumble Down Man

The Tumble Down Man

A Poem by quiet_nomad
"

Another easy piece of reading, and it was fun to write for me.

"

The Tumble Down Man!

I come from a place

Way over the hills

It’s further than that

And we breathe through our gills.

I am no man of letters

Yet learned am I

From the Tumble Down Valley

Neath the gold velvet sky.

The Tumble Down man

Is the name I am give

In a beautiful twilight

Dance do I live

You know I’m not real

Just the glint in your eye

On the edge of excitement

Neath a gold velvet sky.
