Gloria Domini

Gloria Domini

A Poem by Jofer Serapio
"

More of the same old thing

"

Hark! Do you hear that?
Tell me you did too
Countless times have we been lost
In this age old story,
                      Just me and you.

Neverchanging, I have been
True to our love.
A promise that was never broken
I stand a man of your heart
And on this hour, I am forsaken.

Gloria Domini
My sweet, sweet angel!
Parch this soul's thirst.
Make me a man again.
Please! Free the cursed!

Gloria Domini
In Exelsis Deo!
My last wish, my heart's wish:
To die for you, in earnest.
Oh! Let me die for you!
