that girl

that girl

A Poem by Muhammad Qasim
"

humans hate those who are superior!!

"

They saw that hideous face

..

That ugly body

..

Those beastly hands

..

Her grisly orange eyes

..

That horrid face

..

Her frightful heart

..

But never they saw

..

Beneath

..

All that

Loathsome appearance

..

 The

Kind hearted

Dazzlingly

..

Beautiful

..

Refined

..

Elegant

..

Charming

..

Personality of hers!!

..

And they

Destroyed her

..

Without even touching!!

We fear and destroy what we do not understand. Wouldn't it be grand if we all understood that we are part of each other? Connected and dependent, wouldn't that be the real beginning of humanity? Very great write here, particular impacted by the ending to destroy someone without touching.

Yeah, I know the feeling and I feel her emotions though she was destroyed. One can take beautiful and make it ugly or make ugly beautiful. This poem touched my soul due to personal experience and touched the core of me. Awesomely written. Write on...

haha... okay!!
that girl in your picture isn't ugly. but i love resounding truth in this. humans tend to fear, hate, destroy, conquer. everything we don't understand and everything that intimidates us. although they claim to be understanding and of "higher" intelligence, humans as a race tend to lack basic compassion and open-mindedness. Even amongst ourselves. brilliant write Qasim.

I wish all men would fall for beauty of soul & not beauty of appearance. Mankind would be so graceful. The ending was so impressing "They destroyed her without even touching ".
