Some Straws Are Worth GraspingA Poem by paul sal.....
Strolling through life on a cobblestone road
avoiding the strife and the things I've been told it has been an awkward journey along the way it is hard to believe what the knowing have to say ambivalence is the key on this spring time day because i am hearing suggestions I palinode while i am more interested in the back streets of Kozhikode I talk of peace as if Gandhi never utterd a word because it is time, this time, for peace; don't you know? I am grasping at straws, that's what they say I'm just wasting my time, putting on a show but they don't know where I have been they don't know what I know I am tired of them asking All I know is, Some straws are worth grasping.
