A Conversation With Mr.CatA Poem by IamDale"I wish I could jump from a roof too"Mr.Cat, oh, Mr.Cat, The master of survival. One deceiving creature you truly are. Your white fur hides your flare and might. You were making buzz in the city, When you survived a dog's attack. You created waves all over the town, Why you tried to jump up and down from a roof. 50 feet or even higher, you dare not feel afraid, For you can count up to 8, 'till you stop. Unfair you are Mr.Cat how come you have nine lives. What if I also want to try risking my own life? Oh, Mr. Cat, I beg of you a piece of your soul, For I have a friend in need, he barely holds on. Oh please, Mr.Cat I'm down on my knees, Just one life and never will you see me again! Mr.Cat, he looked saddened and turned the other way. Meow,Meow, oh dear, I have a life but one. You are the ninth to come and beg. So this my last journey in this world, sorry but I cannot give. I turned away and thanked the cat, With a bowl of milk and a piece of bread. Then remembered what my sick friend said, "This one life God gave me is the best I'll ever have". "I made most of it and would like it to be my last" © 2011 IamDaleFeatured Review
