I Don't Really Think About You So MuchA Poem by Pushya Mithra
Have you ever been in a situation of this sort before?
Its like the aroma of petrichor It surely is not the way they show in the movies I don't actually think about you so much The first few minutes of your absence are the toughest Leaving your demonic residue all over my neural nest The strangest rush of the blood stream Imagining the picture of us, I know its just a stupid dream I am not saying that I am not a catch amongst these guys, But how many could be, to your eyes? With the very little time I got, confused is my mind Should I confess or move on leaving everything behind Intentional ignorance to your last text in our conversation at nights Response in the morning saves me from "How do I start now?" internal fights Might come out as rude for no bye-with-a-smiley F**k it! Anything to accomplish the herculean task in front of me You said you were single at our first group drink Are you? When all you need is a blink How do I even approach you without making that query suspicious? May be I should just settle with "I don't really think about you so much" Have you ever been in this situation? Battling with my own perception On contrary to your very assumption I don't really think about you so much © 2016 Pushya MithraReviews
