Rain

Rain

A Poem by Kt

She watches purple sunsets

As the sky around her falls

How could one night of mistakes have gone so wrong?

She sits there on the corner

Holding tight her arms around her

And she watches purple rain around her fall

The rain

The rain inside of her

Memories

Of him begin to fall

One night

mistakes are all she's made

Don't forget that she is still just a girl

There's a rainbow high above her

Thunder rolling all around

As the memory of him comes crashing in

The sun is peeking through the clouds

The sky is coming clear

But the rain inside of her keeps falling down
