Seasons

Seasons

A Poem by Breanna Ragland

The seasons are changing,

The trees are swaying.

In the spring the flowers blossom,

And sprout with joy on their faces.

The sun shines bright,

In the hot humid sky.

Summer brings great joy,

To all little girls and boys.

Splish, splash!

As the water gulps them down.

Gold, brown, violet, red,

The leaves change to visions of color.

They start to fall like the sun at noon,

What a pity it is to see them go.

And before it’s over,

Winter has come.

White flakes. Not bland but beautiful,

They distinguish nature’s beauty and show what you can’t see.

The seasons are changing,

The trees have stopped swaying.

Awe, I really like this. (: I love the seasons, especially fall and spring. And then winter. I don't really like summer cuz it's way to hot here.
