My heart is like dry land,

Thirsting for water,

Something more than grains of sand.

 

My mind is constantly flowing and racing,

Filled with horrifying thoughts,

The largest of all that i am facing.

 

Closing my eyes i reach in my mind,

Pull out each thought,

And try to unwind.

 

Anxious and Unaware,

That i toss away my good thoughts,

Without one single care.

 

Looking down at myself is whats left to do,

Who else do i have?
