Thank You And Please

Thank You And Please

A Poem by Re-Pete
"

Let the dandelions grow there. Of wet and of wildness, O let them be left. O, let them be left, wildness and wet, Long live the weeds and the wildness yet.

"
How to Get Rid of Dandelions - Cardinal ...

the right look better than a kiss
a direct hit not as suggestive as a near miss
a taunting tease
a mazed mouse in search of cheese
a vice with an insatiable squeeze
pressing in with weary knees
fluent in,  "thank you"
stuttering, "please"

“My thanksgiving is perpetual' “I am grateful for what I am and have. My thanksgiving is perpetual. It is surprising how contented one can be with nothing definite – only a sense of existence.” - Thoreau
