Be not simply good; be good for something. - Thoreausunshine and glowing full moons hearts carved in tree bark and angels rolling stones singing, dancing and praying 'neath stained glass candles, honey and baby cakes don't confuse dandruff for snow flakes rain doesn't just wash, sometimes it floods you need soap and froth to make suds all life isn't a day at the beach heaven doesn't always have to be within reach virgins and violins also weep nightmares can be a part of deep sleep a world where sometimes we have to roll down the window and apply the brakes doing whatever it takes that which moves also shakes as faith and time both take their toll and raise the stakes complete with their unavoidable heartaches not all flags are unfurled not all moustaches are upwardly curled welcome to the real world © 2024 PeteAuthor's Note
