i would have to agree with your logic. both are uncomfortable. dark of night seems more forgiving .. read more

Those things help my brain to calm down instead of playing games or watching movies lol
Eat healthy, sleep tight, love right, think bright, be not high as a kite, beware of fright, dress modest and light.
Think twice, trice before you jump in.
