So They Say

Don't Play with Matches | Fire Department

he who opens unlatches
he who sends dispatches
he who builds straw roofs thatches
he who itches scratches
he who beguiles catches

that which is born of an egg hatches
that which rejoins reattaches
those with holes in their souls need patches
people who like to burn things down shouldn't play with matches
life can be mean
but that's not an excuse to guzzle gasoline
