Planejunkie Water to Wine by Morgan Weistling - Jesus Christ - Biblical Stories - Canvas Art
Morgan Weistling - Water to Wine (Open Edition Canvas)

Mix me up a paragoric potion.
An atoning aphrodesiac.
Baptize me a bubbling, boysenberry punch.
Uncork a flaming flombe.
Temper me a tonic.
Conceive a cathartic concoction.
Birth me a panacea from Heaven's placenta.
Gather together the ingredients of a spiritual elixir.
A consecrated soul-fixer.
Carbonated like a miraculous spritzer.
Be sure to use an atomic mixer.

Don't be afraid to consult Jack and Jim.
They know how to stir a mighty hymn.
Call up Peter and Paul.
They've got it all.
Keep away from Hell's kitchen.
I don't want to hear all that bitchin'.
Turn old water into a new whine.
Something that'll distill just fine.
Use plenty of ice.
And fermented rice.
Stir it smooth and nice.
Don't worry about the price.
Truth will suffice.
Be sure to do it in faith's lab.
Just put it on my tab ...

"Instead of water we got here a draught of beer, a lumberer's drink, which would acclimate and naturalize a man at once,-which would make him see green, and, if he slept, dream that he heard the wind sough among the pines." - Thoreau
