My favorite spot on stilts.
Over Dorothy's rainbow and under the ingratiating gazebo.
The water hued of turquoise.
You know, that Caribbean, aqua color.
The one you see in magazine ads and commercials.
For trips you never take.
No one else there to see it.
Reservation for one.
Free of my heavy baggage for a quick getaway.
Carrying only a song in my head.
Entranced.
Enhanced.
A lasting inlet in my mind.
How does he do it?
This far North?
If it was any more beautiful it would be a crime.
Think I'll go back twice on Sunday.
Anytime ...
