Faith never makes a confession. - Thoreau

What can I possibly write that's never been written?
Say what's never been said?
Do what's never been done?
Go where no one's ever gone?
Sing when I don't know the song?

How can I pray what's never been prayed?
Believing that faith isn't a two-faced traitor.
Saving it for later.
I can only draw open the shade and usher in a new dawn.
Trusting a testimony without need to guess ...
... as I woefully confess ...
