Cover my body but not my face. So I can continue. Continue the race. Picking up the pace. Deal me. Deal me a fourth ace. In this Godforsaken place. Pass me. Pass me through fire, water and ice. As I roll fate's dice. Not touching the pie but obtaining a slice. Marry me to Heaven. Marry me to an angel and throw rice. Make everything cozy and nice. So I act once and think twice. Make me exempt. Exempt from life's ... ... steep price ... © 2019 PeteAuthor's Note
