Her addiction was so powerful that she even spent ...

The accompanying illustration is highly appropriate. The combination of beauty and hopelessness says it all about what addiction can do. The words attest to the power of drugs. People will give up all that matters in life to get them. Somber but true.

This kind of writing are rear and I really appreciate them when they are being shared.
Addiction is like a dark tunnel, powerfully blinding it's victims from finding a way out.
