In God We No Longer Trust

It's on our money.

In our Pledge of Allegiance.

Declaration of Independence.

We swear it in oaths.

The Pilgrims came here for it.

Used to set aside one day a week for it.

Kept books of it at our bedsides.

Home, Church and Government were cornerstones of it.

Where it's written now more important than the words themselves.

Why don't we put our money where our mouths are anymore?

Dark day of reckoning coming.

 Deicidal, demagogues deciding.

Hypocrites presiding.

Nation backsliding.

Evil colliding.

Armageddon coinciding.

He still providing.

Dust, rust, lust, disgust, unjust.

The joke is on us.

In God we no longer trust ...

I am not into Organized Religion, have not been for quite some time now, but only a fool would attempt to convince himself that there is not a Creator of all that is and will be (An Ultimate Source Point Of Origin Of All Existence) out there somewhere, who is aware of what goes on upon planet Earth ...
