The River

     It all began with The river. The River flowed and flowed, uninterrupted, and undisturbed, for centuries. Once discovered it just became another battlefield, like the rest of the world. Blood, bone, weapons, personal belongings, and corpses littered, clogged, and stained the waters and riverbed. After centuries of constant battles the river became just another unnamed battlefield, forgotten by most, and only traveled by the foolish.
