Faithful

A Poem I wrote earlier today in sadness, I'm glad I sat down and wrote it.

God

I don’t pretend to understand your thought

Your thinking

Your plan

I just try to fit in

The best I can

I never have understood your ways

Taking a new mother from her son

An elderly husband I understand some

But the daughter before the mother I don’t

But I must move on

Move along

While the family grows less and less

The branch of my family is nearly gone

I wish you would of let some of the older ones stay

I’ve heard so many tales

So many stories

My aunt's boyfriend even was taken too quick

But I will remain

Try to at least

I will try to remain faithful despite the world going to hell

I will remain faithful
