DREAMA Poem by Prithvi Raj Daliboyinaits about a boy... and his strong will to dream
There was once a boy Who dreamt a lot, His dreams varied from Being a pilot, to buying a plot His thought flew like time, But alas! He was mime The betrayal of his voice Didn't bother him, He wrote what he thought Even when the light was dim He stared at the stars And dreamt How, it would be to Live so far Many of his dreams never came true, But the boy's dreams always brew One day his loving father Could bare no long He said "my son, Why do you dream so wrong." “Beware” he said, "dreams lead you To nowhere but despair" The father said this and Walked away Leaving the boy's mind To sway So he took a paper And a pen, And wrote this then “Be aware father Dreams are not to despair They are to inspire, What would man be today If he never had a dream. Dreams may make us scream with joy Or weep with sorrow, But that is what dreams are all about To make us feel Whole or hollow Dream is what made man To think And preserve his thought In ink Dreams may never come true, But still, they should always brew So father I shall dream until my last breath, Because when u stop to dream It's time to welcome death” prithvi raj
