Two Hearts

Two Hearts

A Poem by Lonely soul

Two Hearts

Listen to the cries and sighs of the sea,

the sleepy wind as it whispers so softly.

Speak to the stars as they slowly fall down,

to the silent whispers as they drown.

Taste the salty sea as it splashes by,

the honey bees as they start to fly.

Touch the blood of sickening crime,

Touch hearts like you touched mine.

This was a magnificent poem. The raw emotion, the structure and rhyme. A clear winner whose author deserves kudos. Just wonderful!

Beautiful! Really great work. The only thing is that "crys" is spelled "cries"... unless you're going for something else that I didn't quite catch. Keep writing!
