Excuse me...

Excuse me...

A Chapter by Cricket Kidd

"Excuse me miss."

I looked up from my book into the face of a young boy with wide green eyes and tousled red hair.

"Can I help you?"

"Yes," he looked relieved. "I have a question."

"Okay then, shoot."

"Does this rag smell like chloroform to you?"

***

<Seriously?>

<It worked, didn't it?>

<You actually know how to say 'excuse me'?>

<Shutup. we have work to do.>

<Watch Its head.>
