My Favorite Season

I like spring!

Spring is here,

I hope it stays!

I'm tired of all

the cold winter days.

the sun is beginning

to melt all the snow

I couldn't be happier

to see it all go.

the plants are trying

to push through the ice

I want to see flowers

I think they are nice.

The trees are thawing

they begin to bud,

Spring is perfect!

except for the mud.
