Jubbly

Jubbly

A Poem by John Preston

Me thinx your lovely so bubbly
Shall we make a start Oh’ jubbly
I’ve never seen de Sphinx
Me thinx I’m not on your par
We don’t really live that far
Apart is in the mind, that’s fine
That golf ball you lost its mine
Could we ever maybe never
Be on a green playing sweet
Evergreen all year round bound
By your love of nature
That’s in Cape Town
Weather so fine
Have you found the one
You have your caddy
I’m also a daddy.
