Yet he was a man
There was a lady who loved a man Very same man who led two lives The exterior she took to be true The other she had to discover. Day after day she strove hard Doing things unknown till then To get a word of appreciation Even a glance would have made her day. But all her efforts were in vain He neither criticized nor acknowledged She hoped to see him change Without aware ,it's easier to see a white crow. Years rolled by, he remained the same She bettered all for him Applauds from many came her way Still he had no words for her. Yet he was a man The tribe who lavish praises on their beloveds For her alone ,he has no such frivolous attitude Always the self ,the steel exterior. © 2014 premaReviews
