It´s half midnight and I can´t sleep,

Waiting for you to give me a beep,

But I know I´m waiting for nothing,

Cause you´re too busy with something..

 

I ask myself, ¨do you even remember me today?¨

Cause I haven´t seen you for three days..

Pain is when I can´t see you,

A heartbreak when I can´t laugh together with you.

 

Why does my heart bothers me with this,

Bothering me much like a disease,

Something like an unspoken speech,

Telling me, ¨The other girl is too high, you can´t reach!¨

 

I know you love me and still love her,

But I don´t care!

I know you won´t go with her again and leave me

you won´t let it be, cause you know it will hurt me...

 

Is this what they called DOUBT?

That strikes every man who is in love?

Haha..I can´t believe it,

My heart is doubling its beat..

 

I remember every time, how you tell me those words,

I felt like I’m singing with birds,

Telling me that you love me,

that you shall care and you´ll always believe.

 

My dear, though sometimes this heart is giving me a doubt,

I TRUST YOU, that´s what it is all about.

And I won´t stop as long as my heart is beating,

I´ll trust and love you and it won´t be tiring…

One of the beautifull composition i would love to read every day. This is so well so gently written.
I can compare this poen with a flowing river which is so smooth yet with so much of it`s own sound i guess very beautifull
