When I love you cuts like a knife..

You know its gone..

You know its time to move on..

You'd best set set your sails for somewhere new..

Yah,,

Its time to start looking ourt for you..

Grab a motel room..

Stay at your families..

Stay at a friends..

Cause this is truly the end..

The end of what you once believed true..

The end of her or him and you..

You best move on..

You better believe..

Cause they have another trick up their sleeve..

Yup..

Time to leave..

Time to move on..

When all hope..

of Compassion..

Understanding .

Caring is gone..

When your couch is now your new best friend..

Time to move on..

Let your heart mend..

When I love you cuts like a knife..

Guess what?

Its time for a new life..

I like the rhyme and rhythm of this, but I have to say that the grammar kind of distracts me from that. The double periods and commas, for instance, though it's your choice if you wanna do that :) But I would say you don't need punctuation at the end of each line; it makes it seem like the end of the thought when it's not. Also spelling, "its gone" = "it's gone", "ourt" should be "out" I think, etc.

But even if you don't change any of that it's still a good read. Keep writing!
