O GOSH! I FEEL LIBERATED (A GRIM TALE OF MY LIFE)

The days were DARK this summer!

With no trust on close ones &

Frustrations in the heart;

A dear one commited condemanble sins,

Leaving the Family falling apart. (1)

 

Days went past in darkness,

And nights felt grim;

Foul words uttered to loved ones,

leaving an air of confusion all around. (2)

 

Among the pains & palls in family,

I suffered from within;

The wounds got deeper & deeper,

With every passing moment. (3)

 

I had no expression to show,

No strength to act;

But from within, i felt routed!

And my heart choked in grief. (4)

 

But the loved ones were rational,

Willing to ignore this hostility;

Feeling the dark emotional state of this man,

Hoping things would fall in right place. (5)

 

And Happiness did came back,

With the repenting act of this man,

Slowly Days went well now

and love was back in the air! (6)

 

But alas! the GODs werent with us,

No soul in the family could see,

The impending tempest!!

that followed this silent temporary glee. (7)

 

Matters got worse than ever,

With the dear one turning into devil;

The acts went violent this time,

Terrible to even speak of;

Adding to the woes in family. (8)

 

Till this moment,

i was just a mere spectator;

Watching those cruel scenes,

Even my eyes couldnt tolerate. (9)

 

I always wanted to act strongly,

But relations always stopped me;

And now i knew it was too late,

But this tym my heart mustered

A magical courage! (10)

 

With this strange strength in me,

I broke my silence finally;

Speaking my heart out

I made him realise his grave sin. (11)

 

My words may not ligten his life,

Certainly; it will make him ponder

Over his mistakes; & repentance

May bring out positives;

I wish love flows back 2 my family,

O gosh! I feel liberated!! (12)
