anD EVIL cries...

anD EVIL cries...

A Poem by Poetic Nuance
"

Who is to blame for all the evil in this world?

"
Vilified throughout the passing ages,
Most profane of all defiled names,
Embellished with all evil that wages,
Crowned villain in all mortal games.

The wicked use my tag so freely,
Sullying, in their depraved streak
Grinding lives in unblemished glee,
Blaming me for horror they wreak.

Innocent sucklings lay sacrificed,
And in edifices, pray to the divine Infant,
I cry searing tears of blood,
They hail demonic rulers with glory paint.

Judged always without fair trial,
Sins of men pardoned, no one to avenge,
Fear my rage for I am Devil,
Will own my name, as I exact revenge.

Author's Note

Poetic Nuance
Tired of hearing people blame the Devil for all the evil of men. This was a result of that. Till we do not acknowledge that the Devil is actually within us, we will not attempt to rid ourselves of that evil.

You are welcome.
Very dark and I can see where you're coming from. The evil of men come from men alone. Great write.
