Societal Bs

A Poem by Lucia Morgan

Black.

Bruised.
Braced.

A backbone of brittle brutality.
My bones bloodied
by brown eyed blondes.
The broken bits
busily bonding.

My biting bold lips,

And their
Brandied bellies,
bubble.
While bright blue birds bring in
Bundles of bums
Brilliantly.

when a poem starts off cliche, I stop reading, (Like black blue heart)
and just scan the poem, i scanned this and noticed you couldn't hold to the idea of the "b" which if you did, this poem would have been at another level then what it is, for starters, if you revise this and keep with just the b" cut the first line
then a reader i believe would read this poem to the end and respect its meaning.
in any regards, you have a really great way with words, have fun :)
