Driving Myself Christian

Driving Myself Christian

A Story by Kristine Stewart
"

The difficulty in making a change from me to a better me

"
Although Christianity is not a source of humor, my walk through it had its moments.

Besides owning a teenager at one point in life, becoming a Christian...a REAL Christian, is one of the most difficult challenges I have ever met. I am trying to be a better me...a blessing to others instead of, well, not a great person.

For instance, while in the grocery store rolling my eyes at father time dressed in a pink shorts and lime green shirt and thinking, "FASHION DISASTER AT 2 O'CLOCK... I HOPE I'M COLOR BLIND OR DEAD BY THEN..."  I should be thinking, "How wonderful it is for a gentleman of his age to be up and about without assistance."

OK...

I am getting better. I am kinder and I  think in a new way. I do. It's so damned.. no DARNED hard....
