On LifeA Story by Joseph MorrowA short, confused muttering on the subject of lifeLife is a paradox. It consists completely of contradictions, so how could it be anything except just that? Confusing and intricate, simple and navigable; joyous and carefree, depressing and empty; life is simply a mess. Or maybe it’s perfectly organized. In any case, you simply cannot suggest anything about life without being completely and utterly incorrect. In fact this whole piece is absolute absurdity. The only caveat I tentatively assert is that life is paradoxical. That is the sole piece of sure knowledge that I halfheartedly grasp at in this whole world. Living is the simplest of tasks and the most intricate of tasks. Breathing is unbearably complicated yet so basic. Life is cruel but benevolent. Life simply is. Or maybe it isn't, who am I to say? At different times, life is different things to different people. Life is the oddest mystery ever conceived.© 2015 Joseph MorrowFeatured Review
