We focus on our emotions, body at most times but we ignore mind which the most amazing powerhouse that can always work for us

to keep you clear and throw all fears,
to keep you alert and wash your tears,
to keep you going to achieve your goal,
to keep you healthy and feed your soul,

its the God's most precious gift,
give it share of care it needs,
give it beautiful thoughts as seeds,
