I have Melted in His hands

I have Melted in His hands

A Poem by politely, polymnia

My love had never seen the light of day.

she was hidden beneath the surface of a once bare wasteland that only a man with the strength of god could ever survive.

My dear, i am sorry,

i am sorry that i need you

to tell me i can and that one day i will.

without your affection, i am merely a girl

Who once was made brittle by the rest of the world.

my heart was once crushed, my lungs along with it

but now i breathe smoothly knowing your hands belong to my hands.

i know i still shake and i cry very easy

but be patient my darling, it will pay off.

who once hated, now does care

who did feel angry, now has peace

when your life seems to drag on,

your soul is jaded in its place.

it can rip you to shreds as the clock ticks by

The endless pit of nothingness that becomes your insides is too big and feels too lonely.

to keep it quite simple, I'm addicted to his love.

in the most positive way possible, i cannot live without it.

please don't forget me and please understand.

i’m not easy to love, but i love harder than anyone possibly can
