Lullaby

This is a poem i came up with its kind of stupid but tell me what you think

Lay down your head child

please don't fright

I've only come to wish you

a peaceful goodnight

May you dodge every fire

as your dreams take you higher

this is my lullaby to you

the only one who

through the good and bad

the happy and sad

always remembered

everything you had

Peace my child. A night time wish to the sleeping kids. A wish that they can overcome all the obstacles and rise higher and be content for everything they have. A great lesson for children, but a silent one too as its a night wish.
One small typo though: please don't fright is a grammar error, fear may be more appropriate.
