A Wandering Mind

A Wandering Mind

A Poem by poison&kerosene

Sometimes my mind
wanders on its own
and after a few days
It decides to come home

The places that it's been
It simply can't recall
But since it's return
My brain is in thrall

These marks have riddled
Every inch on my skin
Telling the tale of a fight
My psyche couldn't win

I wish it were clearer
Where my travels went
Which psychological inferno
have my thoughts been spent.

~~Beautiful stanza~~ I love this but the rest of`s very emotional as same as your earlier write I`ve read ... This poem`s reflecting the ponds of tears in words, your sweet bleed here into the many verses of your life --- via words indeed. You`ve really got some knacks of writing, Sweety. Great Job!
