The wright brothersA Poem by Emily Dickinson Jr.a poem about the wright brother....There were two men of Wright Responsible for controlling man’s first flight As children they were given A copter made of bands and ribbon Held together tight Deconstruct and copying By, and by the twilight Filled their dim-lit childhood nights When their mother died They left school and pursued their lives Ink stained their hands until they planned And wheels fell in their lap All to profit the pursue of mighty wing flaps One, two … three’s the charm For gliding high with much alarm They were the first to break on through The nevers and unpracticals They followed through But stayed in the shadows unrecognized Until to And the world accepted these two guys With wonder gleaming from their eyes Even today, long passed their Demise We proud people fly on high © 2013 Emily Dickinson Jr.Reviews
