Love is fickle

Sometimes weak

Sometimes sweet

It pounds the drum

And bruises feeling

But the harm is what

Starts the caring

And the healing

The fire ignites

And feeling bursts

Love is great

Even though it hurts

Very, true about the pain that is associated with love. It's funny, we expect it to be nothing but grandiose. I like how the imagery builds with the words you use. I do enjoy your work I'm just not sure how to rate someone's insight.
