Monsters Fearing Moonlight

Monsters Fearing Moonlight

A Poem by Samuel T.

Has moments echo into
An infinite eternity,
Burying burnt bridges
Under sands of time,

I silently sit sifting,
Embracing the grains
That remain.

It is not death,
But the moonlight I fear.
It's light illuminating
My illusion to all eyes.
Devastatingly displaying
What I truly am.

Alone.

Very well written. It can be difficult to get an assymetrical structure to flow well but you pulled it off without a hitch, here. I liked it.
