Missing You

Missing You

A Poem by poetsblade
"

longing

"

A heartbeats not a memory,
it's a feeling in the bone.
The dreams of waking,
are nightmares when you are alone.
I'm missing your touch,
your feel,
your scent,
just the perfect sweetness
that you lent
to a body,
to a room.
The feel of your eyes upon me
when naked you set me free.
I guess these words are a calling,
for all the moments that are falling,
when you're so far away.

Beautiful...as is most everything I read of yours! I like that you can feel the emotion, the missing, the wanting.

This is beautifully written and has a lonely feel about it, I guess that is what you were aiming for. I'm sure many will identify with this and be able to empathise...
Nice work...
Helen :-)
